360VIEW is a web-based online tool for analyzing telephony data from your Swyx installation or any telephone system. Based on the CDR data of your telephone system, ETL algorithms are used to generate evaluations of the number of calls. The data is enriched with geo-location information and stored in a special, vendor-neutral format. Pre-prepared reports provide an overview of incoming and outgoing calls, utilization of the system, origin of calls (inbound and outbound) and much more. Reports can be scheduled. Individual reports are available on request.
