Microsoft OCS 2007 R2 connected to SwyxWare V6.20 (incl. Quickfix 2) offer the following functionalities:

  • outbound and inbound calls  (PSTN Breakout)
  • basic Call Routing (no announcements possible)

Please note:
If you would like to use Call Routing in a SwyxWare scenario with Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2, any kind of Call Transfer is not possible because the OCS does not support the required SIP REFER to perform this action. Because of the fact that a SwyxWare script always initiates a Transfer when an incoming call was accepted by an announcement before, Call Routing with announcements can not be used between SwyxWare and OCS.
