Release of SwyxWare Administration 11.15 for administration of SwyxWare 11.20 systems. Recall of SwyxWare Administration 11.20.
SwyxWare Administration 11.20 is withdrawn due to an error. To further administer SwyxWare 11.20 system, SwyxWare Administration 11.15 will be released for administration on SwyxWare 11.20. SwyxWare Administration 11.15 will soon be available on the Support Download page.
If an error has already occurred with SwyxWare Administration 11.20, please follow the usual support process.
Workaround for the new feature of SwyxWare SwyxWare Administration 11.20
With SwyxWare SwyxWare Administration 11.20 a new configuration item has been made available. In the case of CDRs are written on the filesystem, this configuration item offers the capability to set a time perioed for how many days the CDRs will be stored. To set this setting, the PowerShell script attached to this KB article must be executed.
A new SwyxWare Administration with the features of 11.20 is already being worked on and will be made available with a new release.
If SwyxWare Administration and SwyxIt! client are installed on the same system, please uninstall SwyxIt! Client Version 11.20 before installing SwyxWare Administration 11.15. This can cause problems due to shared libraries.
