Information und configuration hints for SIP provider reventix (Germany).
The reventix SIP trunk is a SIP trunk with user authentication. You have received information about UserID, UserName and UserPassword, whereas the nameing may differ, or you have only received UserName and -password. In this case, UserID and UserName are identical.
For your convenience the generated CustomProviderProfiles.config is available for download at the end of this article. Extended information about how to use this file can be found at Configuration and Adaptation of SIP Providers via Provider Profiles (kb3436).
During creation of the SIP Trunkgroup, profile 'reventix (DE)' has to be selected.
Important: From SwyxWare 11.00.0.0 on, the provider profile for reventix is already available in the list of provider profiles and the CustomProviderProfiles.config is no longer necessary.
reventix web-portal configuration
To assure that for incoming calls, the expeted SIP header is signalled, it it necessary to configure this behavior in the reventix web portal. After registration, navigate to "VoIP-Telefonanschluss -> Anschlüsse", afterward enter the edit mode by pressing the pencil in the lower right section. In the section "Rufnummern" the Spezial-SIP-Header für Rufnummernübermittlung" has to be configured to "P-Called-Party-ID". In this section, it can also be checked that the feature "CLIP No Screening" is activated.

- Incoming/outgoing DTMF signaling in accordance with via RFC2833

- No signaling on an outgoing call if the called party rejects the call or is running into a timeout
