Swapping the line via SwyxIt! will mute the microphone of the H410 headset (kb4283)
The information in this article applies to:
- SwyxIt! 2011
- SwyxIt! Collaboration Pack
- SwyxIt! Headset H410 (DECT, monaural)
After updating your H410 (GNNetcom Jabra PRO 9470) headset to firmwareversion 2.17.5 the microphone of the headset will be muted if you swap the line during an active call. Swapping back to the active call will not reactivate the microphone.
You can reactivate the microphone by pressing the microphone button at the touchscreen of the H410.
GNNetcom already found the reason of the problem and it will be fixed with the next upcoming release of the firmware.
Swyx customers are allowed to download and install the firmware v2.17.7 attached to this article. The only change of firmware v2.17.7 compared to the official release v2.17.5 is the fix for the mentioned problem with the muted microphone.
The firmwareupdate should be done via the Jabra PC Suite / Jabra Firmware Update tool.
