The column "Number" has to checked in this window, because the configured phone number has to be unique for each user entry!

One number shared for several users is not supported by the new firmware!

Therefore enter for each user a unique configured number, or leave the "number"-field empty.

Start updating the firmware:

For updating your device, you have to verify the bootcode-version of your device-type, displayed on the start-page "Info" at topic "Version". For instance all IP 600 firmware-files provided by Swyx will always require "bootcode[323]" oder "bootcode[335]". If you have a different bootcode-version installed, please ask your hardware distributor for a relating firmware-file.
