SwyxWare identifies SwyxIt! Users with their windows user account. If a SwyxIt! user logs on, SwyxServer searches its user database to find a SwyxWare-User who has the windows user account associated. If this SwyxWare user is not enabled, the above event log message is written. It contains the SwyxWare username, the windows user account who tried to log in and the IP-Address of the client from which the login was tried
Use SwyxWare Administration to enable the user. To do this, find the user in the user list, open the user's properties, click on "Administration" and check the "User is enabled" checkbox. Close the properties by clicking the "OK" button.
