The Swyx Partner Programme rewards expertise, business volume and marketing activities.

Professional Competence
In the Swyx Partner Programme you can develop and expand your skills individually by taking part in our training courses, both in terms of competent advice and technical support. You will also have the opportunity to participate in regular Swyx sales training and technical workshops.

Volume of Business
With the license sale of SwyxWare you acquire points that take you to the next partner level in the partner program. You also gain access to dedicated sales tools and new product and service information.

Marketing Efforts
The Swyx Partner Programme offers all active Swyx Partners with Silver and Gold status promotional grants. Use them to plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns and to purchase advertising materials.

Which requirements must a Swyx Partner fulfil?
The Swyx partnership is based on the Swyx partner contract and the successful conclusion of a 3-day authorisation. Minimum criteria that must be met are defined for each partner level.

Swyx partners confirm: Swyx remains as best UC provider in 2018

Result of the Telecom Handel Readers' Choice 2018: Best provider and partner for TK/UC is Swyx.

The readers' choice in the leading trade and channel magazine was again clear in 2018.
More than 800 IT system houses voted for Swyx for the second year in a row.

With the best ratings for intensive project support, successful sales support and the best rating for the Swyx Partner Programme, Swyx was awarded first place in the category "Best Provider for SMEs" as a partner of the specialist trade.

This once again confirms the high quality of the Swyx Partner Programme, which already in 2013 received the overall rating "Highly Recommended Programme". The sales specialist insalcon awarded Swyx with the highest certification level of 5 stars.

Swyx Training Programme

Swyx understands how important it is to keep up to date on the latest technology developments. Knowledge is power, and your staff are only as powerful as the knowledge they hold. With this in mind, the Swyx Training Programme was created to impart a steady, consistent, quality driven hierarchy of knowledge covering both the technical and sales aspects of the SwyxWare product range.

Swyx Certification is on an individual basis

Swyx training courses start at the 'Associate' level for both technical and sales information, followed by the 'Technical Professional' and 'Technical Expert' levels. Each course follows a consistent and quality benchmarked methodology, and at the end of each course the individual is rewarded with a Swyx technical and/or sales certification that is individual to them.

Swyx Training courses are run by Swyx and authorised Swyx distributors and are aimed at companies who wish to become an authorised Swyx reseller or move to a higher status in the Swyx Partner Programme.
