The Swyx Technology Alliance Program (TAP) extends the Swyx solution portfolio with third-party vendors. In addition to the Swyx portfolio, there are a variety of add-on solutions available to cover special, individual requirements for integrated communication. 

The TAP provides a framework that enables third-party manufacturers to test and certify their products. The compatibility of the individual products with your Swyx is thus guaranteed.

MobiCall is the Unified Event Communication Platform for risk mitigation. The MobiCall solution can be integrated into your environment allowing you to manage all alarms and events in a single platform. This delivers benefits such as better protection of employees and optimised workflows.

myContactCenter from ilogixx is a feature rich, flexible and scalable omni-channel contact center solution for SwyxWare and Netphone. It supports phone calls, e-mail, fax, web chat, virtual calls, preview and predictive dialing. Access to performance indicators is made easy by real time wallboard and reporting.

The certification levels

An important part of the TAP is testing, which can be used to verify the interoperability between third party products and Swyx. Successful completion of these tests is a prerequisite for the corresponding certification status.

A third party product of the swyx certified level has been tested for interoperability by the Swyx TAP in coordination with the TAP partner. These tests are repeated during product updates. Furthermore, Swyx is available together with the TAP partner for all support questions.

A third party product of the self-tested level was tested for interoperability by the partner and checked by the Swyx TAP. In the self-tested stage, support is provided exclusively by the partner.
