Swyx wins further European cloud partner, acdalis

Swiss managed service provider signs contract for SwyxWare Compact for Data Center

The Dortmund based unified communications manufacturer Swyx has signed another European partnership with the Swiss-based managed service provider acdalis informatik ag, for its SwyxWare Compact for Data Center, so it can offer Swiss SMEs customised, cloud-based unified communications services from its own datacentre.

With SwyxWare Compact, the Switzerland-wide service provider has expanded its portfolio with an IP-based alternative to the traditional telephone system. With the discontinuation of ISDN by Swisscom, Swiss SMEs are being forced to act to future-proof their corporate communications.

Marco Crueger, VP Sales of Swyx Solutions AG, welcomes the cooperation with acdalis: "With SwyxWare Compact for Data Center, we have created a bespoke business model for our partners, that is enjoying increasing popularity – and because cloud-based IP telephony represents a cost-effective entry for end users, this allows our partners to further design their offerings to be even more customer-centric. SwyxWare Compact for Data Center has been designed specifically for the needs of resellers and managed service providers (MSPs). They can therefore design even more customised cloud-based corporate communications for their customers.
