As one of the founders of Swyx, Dr. Ralf Ebbinghaus has transformed the company from a start-up to a leading provider of IP-based communications solutions and has put the company on the road to success. The doctor of economics is responsible for sales, marketing and service and, as CCO of the Enreach Group, is responsible for the international GTM strategy. He looks back on more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

Martin Claßen joined Swyx in 2016 as Chief Technology and Development Officer. He is responsible for engineering, project and product management and technology partnerships. Martin Claßen is responsible for the entire product and service portfolio of the Enreach Group as Chief Product Officer. The graduate computer scientist and MBA has been working in the ICT industry since 1998. He has many years of management experience in software development and has accompanied numerous agile transformation processes in companies.
