Enreach welcomes Pace Telecom to the group

Enreach, the fast-growing European Unified Communications group Swyx is part of, has further strengthened its position in the UK telecommunications market with the acquisition of Pace Telecom in the UK, a leading communications provider specialising in business telephony, mobile and broadband with over 1,000 customers.

With this latest addition to the group, Enreach continues the expansion into the UK market consistent with its wider growth strategy. By the end of 2021, Enreach will have launched a UK product roadmap covering the comprehensive group-wide portfolio including Contact Centre as a Service, Chat AI, EPOS and multi-channel sales solutions, as well as further upgrades to Enreach Contact, the group’s proprietary cloud telephony solution.
