You can easily set up your own call routing ‘rules’ enabling you to define how to handle your incoming calls according to, for example, the time of day, who is calling, and your Microsoft Outlook calendar. Calls that cannot be answered can be diverted to an alternative colleague or department, or to a pre-recorded message saying when you will be available. Any voicemail can be delivered to your inbox.
