Pmc iletisim accepts all Call-center-tasks as Inbound, Outbound and E-mail-management in different languages as well as all consultation activities around the Call center. Recently the company is serving to the German enterprise and home-users by marketing and providing them with the telecommunication services of the Deutsche Telekom. To accomplish this a 120 seat call-centre is active and making outbound calls to various customer portfolios. Besides, local marketing directed to selected customer profiles, contact centre services are also being rendered.
The Solution
To accomplish the functions needed to run the business in a perfect and flawless way the upgrade to a flexible, scaleable and pure IP solution from their existing conventional pbx was mandatory.
