SwyxWare 2011 provides you with a wide range of new service features, which will make your company more effective, faster and more productive:

Extended Status Information (Rich Presence)

• Extension of the presence display with additional status "Do Not Disturb" and "Away"
• Status can be set manually or automatically
• Automatic setting of the "Away" status based on calendar entries and inactive PC (screen saver or disabled workstation)
• Individual call forwardings dependent on current presence status with the Call Routing Manager

• Users can select their own user pictures for automatic display on the other subscriber's Speed Dial (can be restricted by administrator)
• User-defined text to convey additional individual status information, e.g. notification of absence or details of leave
• Automatic display of calendar information in the status text from Outlook or Notes

Quick Overview with the Contact Card

• Extension of the information display on Speed Dials and in the phonebook
• Offers a quick overview of all available status information for a user, such as availability, calendar information, status text, activated forwarding, user picture
• Available with a mouse click or automatic display on the Speed Dials ("Mouse-Over")
• Make rapid contact via phone call, video call, e-mail or Instant Message

HD (High Definition) Audio

With the wideband Codec G.722, which is supported by all current SwyxPhone Lx-series phones and by the new SwyxIt! headsets, we achieve crystal-clear voice transmission far surpassing the familiar ISDN quality. Codec transparency means that devices with foreign Codecs, such as video conference solutions, can also be operated with SwyxWare.

Voice Data Encryption

SwyxWare 2011 enables voice data encryption for all SwyxWare components through to the corresponding terminals. Calls are then protected from eavesdropping. All current SwyxPhone desk telephones in the L6x, L5x and L4x series (excepting L400/L420e) support voice data encryption with the Secure Realtime Transport Protocol (SRTP).

New Ring Tones for individual Call Signaling

A new set of special Swyx ring tones allows individual call signaling, which can be perfectly adapted to the particular work environment. For example, open-plan offices can have quiet, more discreet ring tones, which will not disturb other colleagues.

Maximum Performance

Many system components of SwyxWare 2011 have been completely redeveloped, for still greater optimization on maximum performance and stability.
These include:

• optimized multithreading, which makes optimal use of system resources
• the new Media Manager for administration of media objects

Voicemail and CTI included

With SwyxWare 2011, Voicemail and CTI – remote control of the SwyxPhone desk telephone with SwyxIt! - are included in the standard delivery package for all users.

Tailored User Licensing

In combination with SwyxWare 2011, user licenses and licenses for options can be purchased and installed to match the requirements. Total user numbers need no longer be made up by combining license packages: singleuser licenses can be acquired to meet the company's precise needs.
