DECT SwyxPhones

Does your business include employees who are away from their desks from time to time? The SwyxWare wireless solution could be the answer. The IP Dect wireless solution, integrated with the SwyxWare communication solution, enables ‘roaming’ employees who have to spend time away from their desks to be contactable throughout the working day. The SwyxDECT 800 solution combines the proven DECT standard with VoIP, allowing customers to take advantage of both data and high-quality voice connections – on the same network, without having to worry about interruptions or ‘lost’ information.

Two wireless phones – SwyxPhone D200 and D300.

The solution consists of a base station and a choice of 2 DECT phones - the SwyxPhone D200 and the SwyxPhone D300. With the D200 and the D300 calls can be put on hold and transferred, it is also possible to swap calls and both phones have a vibrator alert. Information about the calling number is available and secondary calls are also supported.

Key features of the SwyxDECT 800 Base Station include connection to IP PBX via LAN, the ability to handle 8 simultaneous calls per base station, and easy scalability by simply adding base stations to the system.
