The Swyx Technology Partner Programme (TPP) supports 3rd party vendors creating a diverse range of enhanced solution capabilities for Swyx products.

The Swyx Technology Partner Programme (TPP) supports 3rd party vendors who offer hardware devices, software applications and SIP services that complement the Swyx product portfolio, creating a diverse range of enhanced solution capabilities for our customers. Through the TPP, Swyx delivers on its commitment to industry standards and open interfaces, creating new and increasing opportunities for its evolving partner community and the potential for collaborative delivery of exciting new solutions for its customers in the small-medium business and Service Provider environment.

The Swyx Technology Partner Programme classifies 3rd party products in three categories:

  • Software applications (e.g. Call Center Solutions, Accounting & Reporting Applications, Connectors to CRM, ERP)
  • Hardware devices (e.g. SIP Phones, Gateways)
  • SIP Provider services  (e.g. SIP Trunking)

The TPP provides a framework for 3rd party software & hardware vendors and SIP Services Providers to engage with Swyx and have their products and services tested and/or certified.

The following certification levels are currently recognised by the Swyx Technology Partner Programme:

Product tested for interoperability through Swyx

Certified Product:
Contractual engagement to ensure continuous interoperability for new software releases
