SwyxWare Version 7
SwyxWare Version 7 takes Unified Communications to the next level: Beside the support for the newest Microsoft Windows operating systems, like Windows 7 on the client side, SwyxWare Version 7 introduces a number of new features and enhancements.

- SwyxWare supports Microsoft Windows 7 and Server 2008
Supported operating systems
- Support of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 on the server side, in addition to Windows Server 2003 (Windows 2000 Server is no longer supported together with SwyxWare Version 7)
- Support of Microsoft Windows 7 for SwyxIt! and SwyxFax Client, in addition to Windows XP/Vista
- SwyxIt! and SwyxFax Client can be used together with Windows 2008 Terminal Server
Enhanced multi site support
- Status signalling between several SwyxServer installations
- Exchange presence information ("Logged off", "available", "busy")
- Ready for future presence enhancements (Rich Presence)
- Central, global phone book for all servers within a network
- Automatic routing via SwyxLink, no further routing configuration necessary
- Support for voice transmission via ISDN and signalling via SwyxLink

- Extended Call Journal: TAB concept allows quick and easy filtering of incoming and outgoing call, missed calls, callback requests and recorded calls

- Sending fax messages directly from SwyxIt! menu
- Sending voicemails directly from the context menu of the speed dials
- Configuration of taskbar notification for incoming calls and notifications
- Possibility to define contacts as "private"within the personal phonebook
