A founding member of Swyx, Ralf Ebbinghaus joined from ITK Telekommunikation AG where he was director of sales & corporate marketing. In 2002, Ralf Ebbinghaus was elected as finalist at "Entrepreneur of the Year" in the category "Start Ups"

Alexandra Ernst, Executive
VP Corporate Development

As a graduate economist with main focus information management, she has gathered 13 years of professional experience in the communication business. Prior to Swyx,  Alexandra Ernst worked as Director Advanced Voice Product Management at Verizon Business, a vendor of communication and IT solutions for  large enterprises and authorities. In this position she was responsible for development, market  introduction and the management of VoIP & Contact Center products on an international level.

Harald Gehlert, CFO

Harald Gehlert joined Swyx in May, 2005 and was previously CFO at Cycos AG, a market leader in the Unified Communications field, which was acquired by Siemens in 2003. Previous to this, Harald was joint founder of Dolphin Communications, where he was responsible for Finance and Operations, moving to Dolphin from Hewlett Packard.

Frank Heidemann, VP Engineering

A founding member of Swyx, Frank joined from Digi International and ITK where he held a number of management roles within the development team. While at ITK Frank was responsible for Wide Area Networking over ISDN and managed a number of co-development projects with Cisco, Compaq and Intel.

Uwe Sauerbrey, VP Product Planning

a founding member of Swyx, Uwe has over 20 years experience in telecommunications. With ITK Telekommunications AG he headed the development of the first active ISDN board, equipped with a very powerful RISC processor. Since 1996, he has worked on VoIP, first with ITK and then as VP Development with Digi International.
