Dr. Wolfgang Schröder, CEO

For more than 30 years Wolfgang Schröder has worked in many leading positions of communications enterprises within development, sales, product planning and management. In 1996 he was elected "Founder of the year" and was honored by the German minister for economic affairs. In the following year he was honored as a finalist at "Entrepreneur of the year 1997" in the field of technology business (by "Manager-Magazin", "Schitag, Ernst & Young" and "SAP"), and as finalist at "Entrepreneur of the year 2002" in the category "Start Ups".

Dr. Ralf Ebbinghaus, Executive VP Sales & Marketing

A founding member of Swyx, Ralf Ebbinghaus joined from ITK Telekommunikation AG where he was director of sales & corporate marketing. In 2002, Ralf Ebbinghaus was elected as finalist at "Entrepreneur of the Year" in the category "Start Ups"
